Refund Policy for On-Line Only Courses

On-line courses are fully refundable prior to starting and/or downloading the course.

On-line courses that have been started and/or downloaded are not refundable.

Return Policy for In-Person/Live Streaming or Blended Courses

Refunds for In-Person and Live Streaming Courses or Blended Courses (i.e. courses that combine in-person or live streaming with web-based content) requested 14 or more calendar days prior to the start of the course will be subject to an administrative fee of $100. (For certain courses, the administrative fee may be higher. Refer to the course registration for details.) Refunds requested within 14 calendar days of the start of the course will be reviewed by ASGE on a case-by-case basis, and may be eligible for a refund of up to 75% of the course fees less a $100 administrative fee. Attendee substitutions are permitted with ASGE authorization.

Return Policy for Product Purchases

To receive a full refund, purchased products must be returned unused within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, products may be returned for the full purchase amount less a 20% restocking fee. After 60 days, all orders are considered final and refunds will not be given.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), the refund will be processed within 3 business days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Care team by e-mail at membership@asge.org or by phone at 630-573-0600 Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Central Time.

For purchased products, Customer Care will provide instructions for shipping unused items to ASGE.

Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 3 business days. If a refund is declined you will be notified by a Customer Care team member. Disputes of the refund decision may be escalated to the Customer Care management team for further handling and review.
